Hi,
I am a customer of GTPL Hathway Ltd. from Jharkhand, Ranchi.
After facing the issue of freezing video and audio from last 22nd November to 3rd December,2020 and calling several times to my local cable operator but no help came from their side. That's why I want to withdraw my connection. I also called them to do the necessary process but they didn't listen and they refused to do anything. They also don't remove the cable from my house.
So I want to withdraw my connection and returning the set top box. I also read their Operating Manual and there clearly state that to refund the amount to the customer after proper connection withdrawing. I am also demanded to refund the cost which accrued for connection interruption during 22nd Nov to 3rd Dec cost.
I also go through GTPL customer care they don't help me. Only thing they asked to mail my concern to "[email protected]" I already did this. I also try to communicate to the nodal office for Jharkhand & Bihar but contact no is wrong so I drop the a mail to the given mail id.
Still no reply came from their side
