Not providing customer services offered by the TATA SKY

I am an existing customer of TATA SKY since 2010. My subscription ID 1034048130. Initial stages I used to charge for one month. The services were prompt during those periods. During 2014-15 they started adding additional channels without my concern. When it came to my notice I requested them to deactivate those channel. Even after repeated calls they didn’t deactivated. So I thought I will not recharge the monthly pack. As I was fed up with the services I stopped using their services from April 2015. Then they started calling me and promised me that once you recharge the monthly pack they will deactivate. Again the same thing has happened they didn’t deactivate. Once again I stopped using their services from august 2015. All these month they were calling me and messaging me for with better offers and services.
I didn’t use the service up to May 2016. On May 2016 they offered me one year pack for Rs.2610 with South Indian regional channels. From the last one month we are not receiving some of the major channel. When I enquired them informed us that the signal strength is less that is why we are not receiving those particular channels. Their people only installed the dish on 19 may 2016. Two month back they have installed the dish and now they told us that the signal strength is less so they have to refix the dish. They informed us that the set of box is not comes warranty so I have to pay service charge for the same. As I was recharged for one year they have the balance with them. They informed me that they will deduct the amount from my account itself as service charge. I have registered a complaint on 01/08/2016. Our complaint number is QNZLG38. I requested them to cancel the connection and refund the amount from the date of registered the complaint.
From that day onwards I was continuously following up the issue with their team. Even after repeated call on all these from my side there is no proper response. Now a day they are informing me that as you complaint is registered you will get a call from the concerned department. But sorry to say that I have not received any reply from their side or rectified the issue. Once again a common man has been cheated by these MNC. This may not be the one case, may be they are doing the same to hundreds or thousands of people. So I humbly request you to look into this matter and award them with suitable punishment so that such thing will not happened in near future to any common man.
