Videocon D2h complaint Not able to watch listed channels

My plan got expired on 2 March 2019 and I Recharged my account against customer ID 151950182 on 3 April 2019, recharge was successful but I am not able to watch listed channels under the plan till date, I tried to contact customer service executives but they are continuously uttering there is technical error in the application can't help, so I tried to contact them via mail and twitter also but improved yet kindly help
