I paid an amount of INR 2606/- through netbanking to M/s. Videocon d2h towards purchase of new connection / installation for my house at Vijayawada. I made this payment and purchased on 8th May 2019 and immediately received an email saying that I will be provided the connection within 48 working hours and in case of any queries / feedback I may call on 9115691156 or write to customercare@d2h.com Till date I did not receive any call nor a technician has come to provide the installation service. I made umpteen number of calls to the above customer care number and I have been tortured by the customer care centre representatives that my issue will be resolved within 8 working hours. During the last 3 days, I got three emails from videocon d2h that they will resolve my issue (I suppose it to be a automated response provided by customercare@d2h.com for any email that it receives). Seeing all this, I called them up requesting to cancel my new connection request and refund the amount paid by me. One Ms.Bhavani, Supervisor of the customercare centre tells me that there is no procedure to cancel the connection requested nor refunding the payment and I am again asked to wait for 8 working hours. I am facing a great trouble with these people and I wanted to put this forth in the consumer forum for providing me necessary justice by making the videocon d2h to pay back my money to me. I am attaching the email received as acknowledgement to the payment made by me for your kind perusal
