sir, in 2013 my father had decided to take tata sky plan in MULTI connection with my uncle and we used it for 4 to 5 month after that we had some problem so we decided to drop it and now at present, we split the connection in two different plan. we decide for tata sky but unfortunetly it didnt work in both tata set up box even we recharged it. only audio worked not video. then we made a call and talk to costumer care after so many discussions and debate after 2 days they agree for replacing the set top box with HD set up box. now technicians come with 2 set up box of HD and they install it as per company told us that you may have recharge of 590 to upgrade in HD channel so we recharge both set up box with 590 but the company had started only one set up box(upgrade) one is not still working for 5 days .. we almost fadup of this service and they said we are not upgrade the another one because you have no scheme . its a type of trap or prey for a customer. they neither take actions on our complaint we made call everyday to the company but no worth it. they didnt response to our complaint . hope you and your team take actions on such bad service ..... thank you we hope to you that you do your best thank you
