Domestic single connection registered in multiple Corporate name

We have taken single TataSky connection with 1 year package in April2017 for household purpose. When we tried to recharge the account in March 2018 we found our connection is under Corporate name and they say we are given 4 connections. The name, address and phone number details are all registered wrong by TataSky. When we tried to contact the local dealer he is obscanding. We are continuously sending mails and called on TataSky customer care since 20days. They again and again note down the complaint but there is no action taken. They say there are many similar complaints received by them. Mr Vaibhav, Ms Supriya, MS Swathi are the executives we had talked with.
