Complaint not addresed properly even after 15 Days for HD SET TOP BOX

Hello,

I had raised complain of inproper display after new HD SET TOP BOX was installed, since more than 15 Days.

The engineer visiting initially complained that problem is because screen size of TV is big there is problem. When we did not accepted this reason and again filed complain the next time engineer complained that problem is with LED.

We called and got checked with LG Engineers and they confirmed LED have no problem at all.

There after TATA SKY engineer told there might be problem with wiring and he will change it and check. It has been almost a week since then i am following up with TATA SKY engineer. He is everyday giving new reason.

Kindly give us solution to this problem urgently because we are already losing the rent that is been paid as well as its difficult to be without proper cable service.
