Dear sirs,

Sub : Demand for an apology and compensation for the frustrating disservice provided by your company.

I was a subscriber of your cable service since last some years. My Membership Number is 00931459.

During the period of availment of your service, the experience I gained is really horrible. There was innumerable signal disruptions, channel blockings and other problems. You are aware that, the system you have for complaint receipt is very tedious . And above that your hopless redressal process leaves one helpless.

Whenever I lodged a complaint, on enquiry, I got the assurance that the problem would be solved soon. But all most all times it persisted for days, and at times for ten to fifteen days, once even for two months. getting frustrated Whenever I said to your office and the bill collector to discontinue the service I was assured of fair service then on. But that fair service time never came. In recent past the signal of many channels where blocked with intermittent disruptions in cable signal. on enquiry, I was told that if I subscribe for Rs. 355/ 360 package, I would be able to watch all the channels available in your catalogue. I subscribed for that. But after a few days, without any notice, channels after channels were blocked. But the bill was raised and payment was taken for total amount with promise to show total channels soon. Again that never happened. Adding on to that in April 2016 when I insisted to provide the promised channel in full or adjust the bill, both old and new, accordingly, suddenly in may 2016, without any intimation all the channels were blocked. I was shocked by the unethical and insulting behaviour of your company to a loyal and disciplined customer (you can very well check it from your records). So, I decided not to contact such an unresponsive and irresponsible service provider any more.

For that, however, I demand an immediate apology from you with a reasonable compensation for the harassment and for not showing the promised channels, even if I paid for those.

I am also no more interested in your service and have made other arrangements. This is for your information and necessary action.
