Dear Sir,

My Airtel DTH ID-3015016210 &
My Airtel DTH setup Box was faulty and I have raised complain to change my setup Box, they have changed my setup box after 4 days (Yesturday).
Then also setup was not activated they have committed to activate within 4 to 8 hrs but more than 36 hrs gone still my setup box is not activated. I have called many times to custumer care but is i didn't dot any help from them.
Also Service engg has taken setup box changing amount and his service cost ie- 200Rs setup box charge and 150Rs his Service charge then also Airtel has deducted 200Rs setup box charge from my DTH Balace amount.
I am so helpless now and tired about Airtel Service So I want my all amount back and return this setup box and some penalty to Airtel DTH SO that so that this problem should not suffer by other custumer.
