Cheating DEN Networks Not giving full information about the plan

Till DTH service have started they are cheating on fallowing
1. Not giving full information about the plan
2. As the plan shown den (https://www.mydenonline.in/Home/Index) online the price + GST & the local service provider is charging too much . Like the north silver pack is showing nearly 235 they are charging 275+ 18% tax more.
3. Plus they are not given any GST bill
4. It's been almost 3 months and there is no sign of redemption from this
