Fare taken 200% more than the estimate, I booked a cab in Chennai from the Ola cabs app

I booked a cab in Chennai from the Ola cabs app. Before booking the cab the ride estimate was around ₹800. But when I reached the destination, they gave me the bill of ₹2031. The driver himself was shocked to see the fare as we didn't stop at any place, there was no traffic and there was no long route taken. The driver assured me that if I will talk to the Customer Support of Ola Cabs they will refund me the amount. Since I was in a hurry and had a train to catch, I paid him the money and after that talked to the customer support. They ignored my problem. After that I tried contacting them on Twitter and sent a private text on the same app, but they instead of accepting their mistake, told us that the fare before booking was ₹2000 and if I had booked it after a couple of minutes it would have been reduced. After that when I again tried to contact them through the Customer support section in their app, the supervisor didn't even picked up my call. I'm stuck here. I've also attached a picture of the bill split up which clearly shows that the Fare Increase was ₹1257.8. I was wrongly charged and now I'm stuck here. Please help me out.
