Hi,
I inquired for Ceragem Thermal massage Bed from indiamart.com and received many contact number of suppliers.
I coordinate with one of the supplier name as Sriram Srinivasan mob +91-6381656858 and +91-7358319289.
He shared me Ceragem Master V3 bed details as below and we decided to buy with Ceragem Master V3 bed with Complimentary Gifts.

Manufacturer Name - Ceragem Co., Ltd - South Korea
Product Code - CGM EB 1101 / CGM MB 1101
Center Price - Rs.2,23,000/-
Offer Price - Rs.1,60,000/-

Blood Circulation Machine
Neck and Shoulder Massager

Bio Metric Bracelet
Warranty - 2 years +13 Yrs Extended Warranty free

Payment Terms - 100% Advance thru Bank NEFT/RTGS
I pay him Rs. 1.18 lac by bank transfer and after 22 day later he delivered local machine labelled as INAP instead of Brand Ceragem.
Also he not delivered any Complimentary gits. I followed him many times but he didn't reply on mail and not from call and later blocked my number.
An local branded massage bed we received without Bill and without warranty card where as he committed me that Bill and warranty card will come with box inside.
Local branded bed quality is very poor and available at cost of 50K only in market with warranty.
He always ask to pay whole amount in advance and I pay him on below bank account detail:

On Indiamart site mentioned Chennai address as 437/2, Jawahar Plaza, Opposite To Thaila Silks, Karur, Tamil Nadu 639001
On Delivered product box address mentioend as No.73, Gala No - 2, Nagawara Outer Ring Road, Banglore - 560045
I notice that every where he mentioned same mobile number as +91-7358319289.

I complaint same to Indiamart and they told me that we will resolved your complaint but no luck.
I expect that Sriram should give me Ceragem brand product with GST bill and with warranty card or refund money.
Please help me to take an legal action againt Sriram Srinivasan
