I had purchased the above mobile from Vijay sales. But the above gagette is out of order exactly after the expiry of warranty. I visited the store they said the motherboard is gone and it should be replaced. The charges for the motherboard is RS 10000 which is exorbitant. The cost of the mobile is 25000/. Phone was gone out of order just charging the mobile.I have earlier spent RS 750 for my charger for just after 6 month. I am not happy with the product launched by LG. There many customers who are facing the same problem. The LG company should take care of their customer to change the motherboard with charging less amount.
I request the authority to take care of their genuine customers.
