We have ordered a peach colored lehnga on 4/6/2016 from voonik of price 516 having order no 767166625 aftr some days notification received order cancelled but on same day a msg received your order is being delivered today we have taken the order but after opening the same order was different when we contacted the company they said sorry for wrong delivery of product and assured that the wrong product will be taken back in 2 days but after 15 days of continue calling now they say we have not delivered u anything conversation of mail is attached to your reference kindly help us in the matter

We have initiated refund in your Voonik credits.If you wish to get the refund in bank account, please follow the Procedure to transfer credits in bank:
Login in website/App > Go to My Order > Select the order for which refund is given in VC > Click on Transfer credits to Bank > Fill the bank details > Submit
Refund will be initiated within 24 hours and refund will reflect within 3-5 working days.
