Sir I am an army per posted jammu and kasmir. Before coming this area reqd post paid connection so I had selected BSNL.First week of August I have purchased postpaid connection but deployment at high altitude unable to paid the bill for the month of Aug and Sep now I have paid my bill an amount of 432 but not getting any signal strength on my sim. Not getting any response fm care center.now I have two options 1st one my sim wk properly 2nd one blk my sim by which Avoid unnecessary bill of bsnl netwk.
