I have requested to close my internet connection through written letter and submitted to BSNL Customer Service Center, Dewas Gate Ujjain on 10th October 2020. As per the policy, my account should be closed within a week and as per the discussion with BSNL Customer Care and Himanshu Bhatt sir in Ujjain office.
I don't want to continue as there are issues in packet drop in internet due to which I am facing call drop and slow speed issue. I have already paid previous month bill and am waiting for confirmation to close my account so that I will clear my dues whatever it is.
I am always following up with Himanshu sir but not getting response for the same
