Sir,
My telephone number with Broadband facility is 0135 - 2768076. This telephone is dead for the last more than one month.
I have registered the complaint on-line and the Docket ID number is A044099497. I have been suffering very badly in the absence of broadband facility.
Till date, no action is taken by the BSNL and the telephone is still dead even after a month. Moreover, there is no communication or information from BSNL office against the registered complaint.
I am one of the BSNL consumers since 80’s with good standing.
It is too long a period. It appears as if the BSNL has closed down its operations and there is no one left to take care of the telephone complaints.
An urgent action to my complaint is solicited.
