I requested plan change request for my BSNL fiber billing acc no: 8008069316 after unlimited plans were rolled out in my area/circle.
BSNL is forcing me to use an older plan for which I have to pay higher amount & get lower speed & overall data.
I have been denied the change request from my local BSNL office.
