I have received a message from 5900002 saying "Dear subscriber, You are charged Rs. 5 for the service Video. I made an SMS to STOP at 155223 from my mobile number. It says Currently you don't have active services. Then Why BSNL has charged Rs. 5/- for the unsubscribed services.
