This is a complaint against Assistant engineer BSNL Irinjalakuda telephone exchange.

My name is Shinoy M R, residing at Mapranam and my Landline number is 0480-2833272. This landline is not working since last 14 days.Complaint docket number is 117871591192. Moreover we made several calls on concerned BSNL personnel but no action have been taken yet.

I am away from my home and working in an offshore environment. So i am not able to communicate with my family since last few days because of this issue.

Here i have attached an image of my BSNL landline bill to get more details for your reference.

So please take a necessary action against the concerned personnel and do the needful for my Landline.
