my mobile no is 7411008206 on 9 aug 18 i hv recharged my no with rs 319 for three months free call ..but on 16 aug ..BSNL deducted rs 485 from.my main account...which is illegal..m longed a complaint with Docket Number - 1H161488764 on 16aug 18.till 10 days ..i m not used any service of bsnl.m contact to customer care regularly but they give only MITHI GOLI to me instead of refund my 485 rs which is deducted wrongly by bsnl computer system ..i have given 10hr of my duty time to BSNL customer care but on 7 sep.. without my concurrence ..my complaint has been closed and BSNL ne hath khde kr diye..ki hum refund nhi de skte..apko jha jana h jao...m.service personal..please do needful....
