sir,most respectfully I would like complaint about booking of railway ticket which that ticket was booked on 27/07/2018.the ticket was not confirmed but payment has sucess and I do not got per no.the payment no othpg820811295233 this no show in my bank statement.the ticket booked from howrah to guwahati
