Redbus.in Ticket Booking confirmed but No Bus Available

Dear Sir / Mam,

I am Komal Rathor,have booked my ticket from Udaipur to Kota on Dated 12 Aug 2019 via Red Bus (Ticket No - TN9934248244 / PNR XKTHE1508121900064) & my journey date was 14 Aug 2019.But When I reached at RSRTC Bus Stand found no bus available at the given time (7:15pm).When I confirmed with ticket window found no ticket booked against my name by Red Bus for that particular date.I tried to call ReD Bus Customer Care but no one attended my calls.
Pls do the needful & take strict action Reb Bus.
