Splitting of PNR for International flight & No e-ticket number issued

My booking was for HYD-CXR, the booking agent site automatically selected the best pairing, so i booked as per the site selected flights. Little did i know it was going to lead to a nightmare:
(Reimbursement) Error 1 - The airline provides 1 PNR for the full leg of its flight - HYD-KUL-SGN it is the agents (GOIBIBO) that splits the PNR (again repeatedly advised by air asia not to do so) Moreover, when the carrier is the same there is no logical reasoning to split the PNR unless the booking has been made in parts by the agent to save money and not as a whole.
The visa requirements mentioned on the T&C are for advice purpose and not a mandatory requirement of the Malaysian government or the Airline Airasia. If it was a mandatory requirement then we would not be able to board with the newly ticket purchased which had one PNR and also had a KUL layover for 2hour 35 min.
Hence that proves it is a PNR issue and not a visa issue.
(Refund) Error 2 - As your aware PNR/booking number (reservation confirmation) is merely a confirmed booking it is not a confirmed ticket unless a E-ticket number (13-digit code) has been issued, So technically this was a confirmed booking not a ticket. The E-ticket number, should ideally have been provided with 30 min of the booking (time as mentioned on your site). You'll had 45 days prior to departure to issue it. So clarly an Error & negligence on your part.
IATA & Airline regulation - In the event if the booking agent/site/provider does not provide an E-ticket number they are required to issue a refund for the ticket, the airport taxes will be refunded by the airline (airasia) Despite several attempts to reach them their only response has been 'there is no error on their part"
