I have booked a ticket from BLR-IMF on 26 April 2018 and return IMF-BLR on 30th April 2018 for emergency travel. However on 25the April I got a msg that my flight was cancelled, on further investigation with the customer support they figured out that the ticket was cancelled due to their misunderstanding and I was asked to book a fresh ticket for the same itenary, as advised I booked the ticket for Rs 31780. However the company now stays insensitive regarding the case and they are not processing my refund. Please advise
