Refund complaint with CLEARTRIP.COM, I had booked one Mumbai – Delhi ticket

Dear Team,

I had booked one Mumbai – Delhi ticket on 31st Dec 2018 from clear trip but due to some problem its not been confirmed but ticket amount of Rs.15376/- been debited from my card.

On the same day I had call your customer care executive he told me that within 3 to 4 days your amount will get credit in your account but still amount is not been credited in my account.

So I request you to please look into this and resolve the issue ASAP.
