OYO Rooms, Harassment, Room not provided even after payment done

Dear Sir/Madam,
I had booked hotel Wardhman in Jabalpur dated on 01 March 2019 online via OYO, when I reached hotel at nearly 10 PM hotel receptionist refused to give me room by stating that there is some money/payment issues with OYO and Hotel.
I called OYO and they spoke with hotel receptionist and then OYO asked me that to shift a nearby hotel at 10:30 PM which was 2 to 3 KM far away.
I informed OYO that I am with my family, place is new for me and it is going to 11 PM conveyance issues can outside so they ask me to cancel booking.
At 11 PM with my family at a unknown place I have been asked to cancel booking, it is completely harassment of customer which has been done by OYO and Wardhman Hotel Jabalpur.
If there any mishappening with me or my family in the night take place who takes responsibility.
My whole family responsibility on me.
I have lodge my complaint via social media Facebook and Twitter.
