THIS IF TO INFORM THAT I MOHIT BHAGWANI MADE A BOOKING ON OYO ROOMS APP FOR 6TH JULY 2019 TO 7TH JULY 2019 FOR ONE ROOM AT CAPITAL O 45141 PRINCE PARK,VELLORE,TAMIL NADU.MY BOOKING ID IS VKHM5039.MY REGISTERED MOBILE NUMBER WITH OYO IS 8709657140.

NOW,THE MATTER IS THAT WHEN MY GUEST REACHED THE HOTEL ON 6TH OF JULY 2019 AT NIGHT 10 PM THE HOTEL REFUSED TO PROVIDE ME THE ROOM GIVING A STATEMENT THAT THERE IS NO ROOM AVAILABLE.AND WHEN I CALLED OYO CUSTOMER SUPPORT THEY ALSO COULD NOT HELP ME IN GETTING THE ROOM AVAILABLE AND SAID SORRY,

NOW,AS PER THE CONSUMER'S RIGHT TO INFORMATION I WOULD LIKE TO ASK OYO ROOMS THAT WHEN THEY ARE ACCEPTING THE BOOKING THEN ISN'T IT THEIR RESPONSIBILTY TO MAKE SURE THAT THE CUSTOMER GETS THE ROOM ON REACHING THE HOTEL.

MY GUEST WAS HARRASED ALONG WITH HIS FAMILY FOR THE WHOLE NIGHT AND DID NOT GET ANY ROOM IN THE LOCALITY JUST BECAUSE OF OYO ROOMS.

THEREFORE,AS PER THE CONSUMER ACT I DEMAND A COMPENSATION FROM OYO ROOMS FOR THE HARRASMENT OCCURED WITH ME AND MY GUEST.
AND I BELIEVE THAT THE CONSUMER FORUM OF INDIA WILL HELP ME WITHOUT ANY PARTIALITY.
