10th june 2018 i had booked a new package/offer by paying Rs. 499 through their website, but still i have not received any confirmation for the same. It is now 20 days left & i didn't received any confirmation not the status of the DTH connection from RDTV. I tried to calling their customer care no. 18002009001 but always it seems a wrong number,
