I have applied for a new connection through their web site on 19 September 2018 by paying 1999/-. but after so many calls and email they are fail to provide me my new connection and then on telephone i request them to refund my money they told me that drop a mail for refund i drop email on 15 nov 2018 but i received no reply from their side. again i send a reminder on 19 november 2018 . and also contact on their customer care executive but again i have received no reply. i am attaching here all correspondence regarding it So please look in to the matter and do justice with me
