I have booked cellular jail light and sound show ticket for 15/01/2022 from the official website with Payment Mode: Online Payment Receipt No & Date: 1641737545 & 09-01-2022 07:42pm
But due to COVID restrictions the event could not happened. I am unable to request for refund in such case. Kindly look in to the matter
