Very Poor Services of AU Bank. AU Bank gave me NOC with validity of 3 months. When the NOC date expired, RTO asked me get a AU bank stamp and signature on expired NOC of my car loan.
But AU Bank refused to do stamp and sign on expired NOC. AU Bank asking me Rs 590/- for reissue of the duplicate NOC. AU bank has so many hidden chaarges as compared to other banks. It was very bad experience with AU Bank. Their charges are hidden and very HIGH. Even I paid RS 7000 for my car RC work, other bank charges only Rs 2000 for same. AU Bank charges are very high and I recommend to never get any services from AU Bank. AU Bank even didn't send me the NOC at my Home, bank asked me to collect from office. The staff of au small finance bank harrasing me last 6 month. They apply any apy scheme with My account whom I don't want.i have told to bank staff to close the scheme around 6 to seven time. But they don't close.
