Unexpected payment generated on credit card - SBI credit card

I am using SBI credit card from last couple of year, my credit limit is 40,000.
I have paid credit in last year time to time.
Due to my financial problem I can't pay credit amount in last couple of month , due to this SBI bank is charged so heavy due charges which is unexpected for me.
I have calculated total dues charged other than billing amount on credit card it is around 18000 rupees from last one year.
At the time of providing Card , SBI bank is explained so many advantages and cost benefits of card, but actually it was totally wrong.
I have hold all payment of credit card.
I have not get any proper justification from bank.
So please suggest me , how I resolve this problem.
