Unauthorized transaction were performed but bank is not willing to give money back

On 22/11/2019 an unauthorized transaction was performed in my a/c-38111936351 which is a current account in SBI Bolpur branch.I have submitted a written complain along with all the documents on that day at the branch. But now branch is not giving any information on the progress of that case also not giving my money back after a investigation.
