this is ashish form barkakana jharkahnd and i am account holder of sbi barkakana.my account no is 33637044826.
i was send 3000 rs in idbk branch chingad,ifsc code-IBKL0001479 custmer name- gyani sonar and account no 1478104000045711 but the amount was not sowing in account statement and money are detect in my sbi ac 33637044826.
i also complain of this problem at sbi customer are executive and the executive say problem are already solve at 25.07.17 and the reference no are UA09603021.
but reality are the money are not recive in idbi ac
some attachment are idbk passbook.
plz solve the problem soon.
