1. Insisisting 3,000/- to open Saving Bank Account which is meant for common man where
on the name of Reserve Bank Guide lines where as many banks are opening savings
accounts at a lower amounts
2. Collecting Insurance premium for Savings Acount opening as mandatory.
3. Says Rs.118/- per page for passbook posting
4. Vague response towards newly received incomplete ATM CARD
5. Branch Manager Chamber is Vacant for Long time to resolve small issues
6. Visited to G.M. office. In the absence of G.M. I was re directed to meet AGM –
SURYAPRAKASH, after seeing my visiting card ,he refused to meet me.
Complaint mailed to cusromer care. no response
