Dear Sir/Ma'am,
There was a car loan running against my name from HDFC bank, which i have winded up on 9th July. As i have sold my car, due to my financial problem. To whom i have sold my car, they have given me the money to wind up the laon, against an agreement to transfer the RC within 1 Month, as the person at the bank counter confirms, that the NOC will be delivered at my place within 15 days. Now it's more than 22 days and i have not received my NOC till date. 5-6 days back, i have called up the bank customer care number to check the status of the NOC, they told me to contact the courier company and give me a tracking number. I have called up the courier company and they told that the courier has been returned to bank, due to gate close, which is not possible, as my mother remain at home 24x7 and also i didn't get any call from the courier company. Again i called bank 3 days back, they said yes we have received the NOc back on 20th July and now we are sending it again. They again i called them up yesterday, the person told me that the NOC is still with bank and he will send it on urgent basis through Blue Dart. Now today i got a call from HDFC complaint team and the person said that the NOC will be delivered in next 15 days. If i got the NOC after 15, then the contract i did with the buyer of car will be void. Also they are chasing me like anything. The bank is not supporting at all and not ready to solve this. i have raised several request with their customer care. Also they have charged 5% foreclosure charges, which is highest in the industry. Also they are harassing me. This is their normal behaviour with the clients, who winded up their loans with the bank.
