Dear Sir, I have done the NEFT transction on 11th april 2016 towards the HDFC Account, But as I Have used iMobile application from ICICI Bank because of software problem instead of debiting one time it was debited two times from my account, I have given the complain regarding the same on the same day i.e. 11th april 2016 but still my issue has not been resolved by bank , due to this thing i had to go through lot of troma and abuse from the bank staff.
