i was hit by bike on may 23 evening. near hatkesh mira roadeast. i cant remember details of incident as i fell unconscious. i was admitted at orbit hospital kashimira. discharged after 3 days.police was present. bike owner had come to hospital.police took his license.
bike owner ashok s patil asked my wife to take back money 10000 paid by her from hospital . he paid the 10000 by his RBL master card. details enclosed. he said he will pay all expenses. my wife said if so then no police complaint will be registered.
we were called to a different dept for sending me to another place for head ct scan. as soon as my wife left him he went to police and informed we have no complaint. police gave back his license,he left without a trace
my son could not find his bike or take his mobile no or bike no.
i was admitted at hospital for kidney stone and prostate operation on june 1 to june 5 . was unable to travel after operation.
complaints sent to hospital and mira road police commissioner by e mail on 9 june.
went to RBL bank to get address details of bike owner from payment slip of his master card. but bank refused.
complaint filed with police commissioner office mira road and also reserve bank of india by post and e mail.
total hospital expense 23500. paid by bike owner only 10000. due to receive 13500 from ashok s patil RBL bank card holder.
rbl bank not providing address to send legal notice and action
