I tried to book a ticket on IRCTC app on 5 Feb but when the payment was in process it gets failed due to poor network. The amount of ₹1170 deducted I tried to lodge a complain but got response only on 16 Feb they said that your problem will be resolved within 48 hours and after that they are saying the same whenever I call to their customer care.
