on 05/05/2016 i went for getting amount orry from ATM . I followed instruction and got massage sorry unable to process .but deducted amount 15000/- from my account .i approached to service manager SBI Branch kharghar sector 8 . she said i may get amount wait for some time. i given copmlaint on helpline no. 1800112211 , ticket no. AT 429224167965 and received sms OLVED WITHIN 7 WORKING DAYS. till now also i did not received amount in my account. I have to pay school fees for my daughter and due delayed they will receive penalty charge also. sir without reason why should i suffer.
