Axis Bank Failed to Follow its commitments to A/c. Holder.

Self is holding a salary account with Axis Bank last 14 years. As per bank's offer salary account holders are having zero charges facility for Demand Draft. Last December self has taken 3 demand drafts from Axis Bank, Ollur Branch, Kerala State though my Salary Account. During disbursement of D.D. Ollur Branch staff confirmed it is a Zero service charge facility to me. However on 23-01-2022 bank debited Rs. 3761.75 as bank charges and Rs. 677.12 as GST to my account. Self made complaints with various levels viz concerned branch, call centre, Nodal Officer and Principal Nodal Officer and asking them the reversal of above charges as committed to my account. But they are not ready for the same. They failed to protect the consumer Interest. sir , I am cheated by the bank , because of the same I am incurred financial loss. I have been informed my D.D. disbursement is free of cost, hence I took D.D., otherwise I can opt other options like Cheque, NEFT or RTGS witch is comparatively cheaper. By giving this type of advice to customer bank is cheating the customer and incurring financial loss to customers and it is against the RBI GUIDELINES. Also would like to intimate some more information about this bank. They have tried to sell some insurance policies which I was not interested. I am afraid this amount is debited after one month from D.D. disbursement is a result of such refusal. Selling a Non Banking Instrument under the Banking License is also illegal.
