Unauthorised deduction from my Airtel prepaid amount

I am a regular user of airtel having no. 9523416724. Last three to four months whenever I recharge my no., a substantial amount was deducted for different services which i have not subscribed /activated. Even on 02.09.2018 i have recharged for Rs. 110/- in the morning and at 3.15 pm only Rs 28 is the balance. No message has been received and the amount deducted.Why i will message to stop any service which i have not subscribed.However,i talked to customer care representative and after my strong objection the have refunded Rs,80/-immediately.
I have mailed to them several times with a request to refund all my unauthorised deducted amount but they are sayinng that this is not your registered e-mail.
My point is that When they have deducted the amount without my consent and when you are refunding the amount on call,It is clear and proved that Airtel management is clearly involved in these type of unfair means.
Please take strong action against such type of unfair business means for the Public in general
