I’ve raised a request to shift my broadband connection on 25th February 2022 from house no 58 basanti bagh baddi to house no 91 in basanti bagh, baddi. On the call customer care assured me that you connection wii be shifted to you new address by 27th February 2022.and also send me message of confirmation of shifting. On 27th I’ve shifted to my new address now the team sayings that we can’t shift your connection. This is total harassment of customers. I’ve made sure that connection can be shifted to your new location by calling customer service. Now the team neither shifting my connection nor refunding my amount.
