Recharge done not functioning - Bharti Airtel Ltd

I recharged my mobile no 8521846425 with 509/- online on 5-5-18. Received a sms recharge done 5-5-18 2:13 p.m. MRp 509/- GST 18% payable by Company/ Distrubuter/ Retailer Rs.77.64/- TransID1864858778. Which was not activated. Send a complaint through mail. The company called me asked my problem and filed a complain vide no. CBNRV3050602671000 ON 6-5-2018. Got a reply through SMS and mail that the complain has been registered and the problem will be resolved by 7-5-29=018 6:44 a.m. I have send a two mails but no reply or action has been taken. I am unable to use outgoing calls or net.
