Poor NETWORK QUALITY complaint to OUT DOOR NETWORK QUALITY

I have been facing the issue of poor quality of network which include Internet , interrupted voice call, frequent call dropping, no. not reachable since august 2017. for the same i have written the complain so many time in airtel but Company has ignored the complaint by just assuring that everything will go smooth soon without any deadline. There is no action has been made by airtel since august 2017 (first complaint). Unfortunately, your network team has been misguiding you as well as customers with pet statement "maximum optimization has been done at the nearest network cell site of your location. The team has also confirmed availability of adequate outdoor coverage in your area."

But in reality, you claim is totally reverse. if you require i will show you the evidence against to review your this pet statement.

After 7 months of my first complaint, I want resolution of my issues instead of your fake assurance. since, I have paid the bill for 4G service with smooth voice quality as committed by airtel in my bill plan.
