Misusing and hacking my number...and harrassment

I had two prepaid number with Airtel 9831114241 and 9007375211.. both my number have be converted into postpaid without my consent...and when I m asking them to solve the issue they are saying nothing cnt be done you have to pay 1599 for both the number.. one number belong to my father who is a cancer patient and m a student.. we both are telling that we dnt want such plan because my father cannot talk properly and they are harrassing him and me very much without any fault from our side...they themselves converted the number with hacking my number... please help me out
