Airtel number for portability from post paid to prepaid - V Telicom Airtel Store Shiwalik Nagar, Har

I have applied my airtel number (9548377360) for portability from post paid to prepaid dated 10.09.18 and submitted all required document to Airtel store as required by store ( 1 Photograph , Adhar Card Copy)and received one new sim(899197160307975311 5H-3) from store.As confirm by store within 4 working days my no will post. But 9 days has be past number still not port from Post paid to prepaid.
regarding this I have many times call to airtel customer care but no satisfactory reply received ( Airtel Complain No 87646929)
Note :- As per TRAI rule it take only 4 working days.
