Airtel.in Complain Rent of 4G but only 2G working

I am having Airtel 4G WiFi no 8264000513. Earlier it was giving 4G network and was working fine. From last 6 months no 4G network and not even 2G network ..speed 10kbos.
They are charging full monthly rent and no resolution. Kindly refund my last 6 month charges as I couldn't use 4G network due to network issue.
