Airtel Deactivated my spouse mobile no. while she is travelling

Respected sir,
I am using services of Airtel past 2 years, earlier I was using in Karnataka circle and now I am using in NCR circle. I made bill payment on 30th April 2018, first time it was due low network connectivity, second time it was debited from my account but I did't get conformation from Airtel.

From 30th April to till Yesterday (5th May 2018) I was keep in touch with Airtel customer care guys and every time I use to tell them to not to deactivate my service and all the time they tell me that my services will continued.

    Paid 6 month subscription in advance but service disconnected after around 2 months. Every time they come with a new excuse. I have now stopped accepting their calls and I insist that they email me their response. This complaint is more than 4 months
